ELIKA is a solution for all applications that require low noise and high efficiency, especially at low speeds. In fact, ELIKA reduces noise emissions by up to 15 dBA compared to conventional external gear pumps. The maximum operating pressures are similar to the GHP series (cast iron/aluminium) and thus reach 300 bar.

The special tooth profile without encapsulation also allows a significant reduction in pressure oscillations and vibrations transmitted to other components connected to the pump (hoses, tank and valves), with numerous advantages in the circuit. Despite the small number of teeth, the helical gear effectively guarantees the continuity of the movement. The small number of teeth also significantly reduces the fundamental frequencies of the noise emission, which makes the sound particularly pleasant.

Due to the particularly low noise development of the ELIKA pump, it is particularly suitable for applications in which significantly more expensive technologies such as worm pumps, vane pumps or internal gear pumps are currently used. With its properties, ELIKA is the ideal solution for a large number of specifications such as speed, operating pressure and viscosity. The structure of the ELIKA pump minimizes leakage and maximizes volumetric efficiency in all conditions.
